I got a phone call this afternoon that my boy, Ray had passed away from a massive heart attack early this morning. He tried to get help, dialing 9-1-1, but it was too late.
His wife of 8mths had passed away with cancer on October 10, 2007 7pm. They were married since February 14, 2008. They worshipped each other and had a great time together.
Ray told me (after Deker) passed that the last months of her life were the happiest in her life. She was a stay-at-home wife.
So now, 2 people I wanted to grow old with are no longer around to share my life. I had wanted both Diane and Ray Ashford to see me graduate from College, watch movies and hang with.
I stayed often with Diane and Ray throughout the years I known them, and we had such fun.
But now they are together again...and they better be waiting for me when it is my time.
